*Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is NEX Building Group Pty Ltd trading as Brighton Homes Queensland ABN 59 089 524 050 (Brighton Homes) Level 3/3926 Pacific Hwy, Loganholme QLD 4129 

2. The “Brighton Homes SkyRidge Display Village Event” promotion runs from 10:00am 12/04/2024 to 5:00pm 14/04/2024 (AEST) unless withdrawn earlier by Brighton Homes (the promotional period). 

3. To be eligible, each entrant must be over 18 years old and a customer of Brighton Homes who has paid a deposit within one (1) month of the promotion end date and not yet signed a construction contract. To enter, the entrant must scan the QR Code located in the Brighton Homes SkyRidge Display and Sales office, and supply their details including Full Name, Contact Number, Email Address and Lot Number (if applicable) specific to SkyRidge estate, Worongary. 

4. To avoid doubt, entry into this promotion, relies on entrants building a Brighton Home at Skyridge Estate, Worongary. 5.The prize is one $10,000 MyChoice Design Studio Voucher for a One (1) Storey Brighton Home Design or one $20,0000 MyChoice Design Studio Voucher for a Two (2) Storey Brighton Home Design redeemable as part of the construction contract with Brighton Homes. 

6. One (1) Winner will be chosen at random by software, from all eligible entries received and verified by Promoter. 

7. The Winner will be notified by phone call within seven (7) days of the closing date. The Winner will only ever be contacted personally by telephone or email to the details on the entrant form. 

8. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 28 days of notification, Brighton Homes reserves the right to redraw the competition. 

9. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions offered by MyChoice Design Studio or Brighton Homes. 10.Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason, including any issue arising from technology. 

12. The promoter reserves the right to update, amend or cease the competition at any time. 13.The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

14. The Winner agrees to the use of their name, and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the Winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 

15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, SkyRidge Estate, Worongary QLD. You are providing your information to Brighton Homes and not to any other party.
