Brighton Homes awarded QLD's HIA Professional Major Builder for 2024
Brighton Homes has been recognised as HIA Queensland’s Major Professional Builder for 2024. The announcement was made on Friday night, November 8th, at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. This marks the second time Brighton Homes has received this prestigious award.
The criteria for the HIA awards 2024 relate to areas that are common to all leading businesses no matter which industry they operate in.
- Business philosophy, principals and leadership.
- Business planning, marketing and growth.
- Customer service and satisfaction.
- Managing the business.
- Financial management and ethical conduct.
Brad Collins, CEO of Brighton Homes, expressed his pride in this achievement. "It is an honour to be named Queensland’s Major Professional Builder," he said. "This award acknowledges the hard work of the entire Brighton team, the quality of the homes we build, our business planning and principles, and our high level of customer satisfaction."
“Brighton Homes has only been operating for seven years, and to win this award twice in the last three years is a significant testament to the team’s dedication to its customers.”
“We are excited about Queensland's future, especially considering recent data from the ABS shows that the number of loans issued for new homes increased by 32 per cent in the September quarter,” Mr Collins added.
Brighton Homes aims to continue being a builder of choice for the people of Queensland and hopes to win back-to-back awards next year.
Brighton Homes was also recognised as the fourth largest detached home builder in Queensland in the HIA-Colorbond Housing top 100 housing report released in September this year.
