Entry Restrictions	Entrants must be over 18 years old and have built with Brighton Homes or have entered a Building Agreement (without cancellation) since January 2018.
Entry Procedure	To enter the Promotion, entrants must visit https://www.brightonhomes.net.au/wincustomers during the Promotional Period and register their details, including answering any question(s) as required and stipulated at the point of entry. During the Promotional Period, the Promoter will hold a draw to determine winner(s) in accordance with the Draw Details. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
Maximum Entries	Only one entry is permitted per person. An entrant is only eligible to win once during the promotion period
Draw Details	The winner will be chosen at random by software.
Notification of Winners	Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days before the game. If the winner does not reply within one (1) business day confirming their attendance, the promoter holds the right to redraw.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements	If a prize is unclaimed, Promoter reserves the right to re-award the prize in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Prize Details	The winner(s) will claim the following prize: - Two (2) tickets to the Brighton Homes outdoor box at The Gabba for a Brisbane Lions home game. - Ticket allocation for the games is at the Promoters discretion. - The tickets can be given to people under the age of 18 as long as they have a parent or guardian accompanying them - The winners will be in the Brighton Homes Outdoor box with other competition winners
Prize Restrictions	The prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.
Responsibility and Indemnities	The promoter is not liable for any damages or injuries sustained during the redemption of the prize. The Promoter will not be responsible for losses, failures or delays relating to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including (but not limited to) acts of God, pandemics (including Covid-19 and any associated local lockdowns) war, strikes, disputes. By accepting the prize, the entrant and guests of the entrant agree to behave and drink responsibly and not partake in any illegal activity during the redemption of the prize.
