In September 2020, Brighton became a proud Platinum Corporate sponsor of AWIC (Awesome Women In Construction), a not-for-profit association providing a supportive community for women working in the construction industry. AWIC provides personal and professional development and confidence building opportunities to help members build and be leaders of their brands. Brighton advocate equal opportunity by supporting a number of women in the business with an AWIC membership to encourage them to get involved in events throughout the year. These events allow our women to network and to help them be inspired and motivated, and to inspire and motivate like-minded women in their industry. 

The Brighton team enjoys participating and networking at AWIC events throughout the year including their Internationals Women’s Day event, Golf Day and many more. In 2021, we held our first AWIC event at Brighton HQ. We look forward to continuing our support of AWIC.
